tips for getting back on track? upset.
this morning, I am really upset with myself. I got married in June and then after that I guess just let myself be free with everything i ate. I used to restrict myself and I guess just got tired of starving myself. Well today i got on the scale and I am up 7 lbs. It was a shock to see the number but now I am just down and need advice as to how to get re-motivated again and get back on track. i currently run for exercise so i know its the diet that has been killing me, but if anyone can share any tips where i can lose weight but not feel like i am starving myself that would be great. Thanks ladies!

What do you eat? List everything and then make minor substitutions for things to get it started. Eat yogurt and fruit for snacks.

it's happened to many of us after our weddings.
I'd say eat healthy snacks and watch portions, especially when eating out - that's usually my downfall.

I'd first start with tracking--what are you eating and when. I know I'm an emotional eater, so I'd also add WHY to my questioning.
Then, think about maybe one little change you can make daily. Switch to a salad for a snack instead of chips or fries. Have yogurt and granola in the morning instead of an egg sandwich.
I really love WW because it helps me to keep myself controlled. When I know I'm accountable, it helps me "be better." Maybe that will work for you?
