Getting Period After Giving Birth
I was at the ob/gyn yesterday and forgot to ask...how long after giving birth do you start to get your regular period?

It depends on whether you are BF'ing or formula.
I BF'd and got mine when I started to wean her to formula at 3 months PP.

I used formula and it took me 4 months and we had to start me on BC pills to get AF to come....She did not want to come back on her own.
