Share your tips!

Re: Getting rid of the baby belly
I had an ovary removed in 2005, a baby in 2007 and a baby in 2009
In 2010 people were still asking when I was due. I am thin everywhere else except my belly
This summer I joined Weight Watchers, significantlty decreased my carb intake and stepped up the workouts (spinning, zumba, yoga)
I started this at the end of June....i am down 13 lbs and my belly is flatter....but i have more to go
these things worked for me

Re: Getting rid of the baby belly
Well, I have been doing hot yoga for the most part 2-3 days per week and feel that is helping to tone my body.
I guess I need to make a more concious effort in portion control and watching what I eat. This is a major difficulty for me at times.

After DC #1, running is what did it for me.

Re: Getting rid of the baby belly
I have lost 18lbs on Weight Watchers. I still have what looks like a baby belly and my youngest son is 10 months old. I have been doing Zumba three times a week and that def. helps. You need to exercise and diet to really see a difference!
