Re: GF pizza dough
DH uses the fat head dough.
Fathead pizza
He's technically not "gluten free" but considering he can't really eat any carbs, he can't eat any wheat products so.... he's effectively gluten free. lol

GF pizza dough
I usually just get the plain Udi's crusts and add my own toppings. Dh likes bbq chicken, taco, sausage, etc. They're not that filling so I like to add some protein to bulk them up.
I've used this recipe for cauliflower crusted stromboli which was good too. https://www.theironyou.com/2014/04/cauliflower-crust-stromboli.html

GF pizza dough
I haven't tried a frozen pizza dough but I did see some in the freezer at whole foods. My son likes the frozen pizzas that they sell at Costco's. We use the Udi's crusts too. My 4 year old easily eats a whole one himself so they aren't that filling. Trader Joes sells a cauliflower pizza and just a cauliflower crust. I think King Arthur makes a pizza crust mix. Their other gluten free mixes are pretty good.
