GHI/BCBS - city employees
Do you have to call them or anything before you go to the hosptial to deliver?
I sent in the pre-admission paperwork...do I have to do anything else?

I just called to get hospital bill info like how much our bill will be and they explained everything. Also, I asked how to add DD to our insurance.

I have sent in the pre-admission paperwork and they sent me something back to confirm and that was it. I wasnt planning on following up again.

After my first appt, my Dr gave it to me to fill out.

My OB called them and I got a letter from them with a confirmation number.
I called to confirm though with Empire through the number on the back of the insurance card.
