Gift for babysitter/daycare?
How much are you supposed to give? Is it a week's salary? Do you give cash? TIA!

Do you have a nanny or does your child go somewhere? If the child goes somewhere and the owner is also the provider, cash is a little tacky. If it's a center, a week's tuition is an insanely expensive gift to give the teacher. If you have a nanny that comes to your home, I guess it depends on what you are giving the gift for. Christmas..I've heard a weeks pay. Not sure about other times. What are you giving the gift for?

I have summer's off so I thought it would be an end of the year gift. It's a woman who does childcare in her house.

I got 200.00 from the lady who I babysit for.(she works for the schools, so I am off for the summer)
