Gifts for Girl Scout leaders?

Gifts for Girl Scout leaders?
This was the first year my daughter was in Girl Scouts. Is it customary to give a year end gift to each leader? We have 3 leaders. Do you think cash or a gift card would be ok? I asked the other moms in my troop and some were not sure and one mom said maybe we can do a group gift. I have a feeling we'll end up giving individual gifts if any. TIA!

I am a Girl Scout Leader. Yes, some of the parents (not all) have given gifts. They've ranged from $5 Starbucks or Dunkin gift cards, to a bottle of wine, to a personalized keychain with the troop number.
I must say that I appreciated that they thought of me at all. I certainly didn't expect anything, and it was always a pleasant surprise.
I know that I volunteer with GS for my daughter (and because I enjoy it!). It's not at all for any gifts. I'd still continue even if I didn't get anything.
So, like with all things, just do what feels right for you. Even a nice thank you card from the girls is enough.

Gifts for Girl Scout leaders?
For our troop leaders, we take a collection of money from any of the families that want to give and pool that money together and get gift cards.

This. Last year was first year and I was blown away that they got us gifts
