Girls late in your 3rd trimester- baby movements
I know that we typically feel less of them, but would you say the ones you feel have changed?
I don't feel the big kicks anymore at all...none of that prodding from her. Haven't seen the belly 'jump' in a while. But now I feel more swishy kind of stuff inside of my belly, if that makes sense. Like she's just kind of wiggling in there, but not really kicking, KWIM?
Did you notice a change?

Yeah i definitely have noticed that. The real estate in there is much less, so they have less kicking room, they turn more, and wiggle more. I totally agree.

I was going to post something just like this today! My baby's movements have definitely decreased and feel different. I am not getting the big kicks in my ribs anymore but more like big waves in the center of my belly. hard to explain but i definitely feel a difference in her movements. Sometimes it freaks me out that something is wrong but once I lay down and concentrate I feel her again..almost like when I first started feeling her move in the 2nd tri.

I agree. There are differences in the movements. Sometimes I feel like the baby is moving or squirming a lot in there.

it depends. if i lay on my side, he kicks me really hard but other than that, he's been "fidgeting" alot more. the center of my belly moves around alot and where his butt is. so i guess he's getting uncomfortable in there but i noticed even when he moves around, it's still a decent amount if not more. maybe you're going into labor soon!

I'm just starting to notice his movements lessening - but the Dr. told me the other day that its because there is so much more baby and not as much amniotic fluid so they don't have as much room to move around.

Yes, I definitely felt a difference in movement. The baby just doesn't have as much room anymore to move around as much.
