Girls PG with there 1st baby between 16-20 weeks, question for you..
Have you been feeling flutters and or kicks?
If so how offen? What time of the day do you feel it?
I'm 17 weeks and haven't felt anything!! I worry so much and not feeling anything gets me more worried. A lot of family and friends keep telling me its way to early. But couldn't I feel flutters aleast??

My high risk doc told me I most likely wouldn't feel anything until 18-20 weeks.

Re: Girls PG with there 1st baby between 16-20 weeks, question for you..
I started feeling flutters last week, about 15wks - very few and far between, but definitely feeling something.
I mostly feel them when I'm relaxed and laying in bed at night.
eta: I know it's definitely flutters I'm feeling, because when I had my u/s last Sat, I was feeling flutters that coincided with the baby kicking and flailing on the u/s screen! That was AWESOME to see

I don't blame you. I have another 4.5 weeks until I MAY start feeling something.

Re: Girls PG with there 1st baby between 16-20 weeks, question for you..
I will be 19 weeks tomorrow..and I have started feeling the baby tumbling around in there..its not "kicks" yet but its more than flutters...flutters started around 15 weeks..
EVERYONE is different though!! My friends all felt their babies between 14-22 weeks. It really depends on diff factors like where the placenta is, how active baby is, etc...don't worry about movement at this point, you WILL feel it soon enough and then there will be days where you'll beg your baby to tone it down, lol!!

Re: Girls PG with there 1st baby between 16-20 weeks, question for you..
I feel flutters / wiggles more at night...and I don't feel like it's every day. I would say I usually feel like a tiny wiggle every day but as far as major wiggles, not every day. I guess it's the position the baby is in.

I'm 19.5 weeks and I feel taps that tickle inside my stomach about 2-3 times per day... Each time they last about 10-15 seconds...Don't worry if you don't feel anything yet though, all I keep reading is that every pregnancy and every person is soooo different

Re: Girls PG with there 1st baby between 16-20 weeks, question for you..
I am 21w and I feel things every once in a while since about 16w. not every day and not more than like once a day. Its frustrating bc I am so anxious but I have an anterior placenta so I just have to realize that is the cause of not feeling anything much yet.

I'm 19 weeks today and I've been feeling pokes since about 16w 4d or so. I never had flutters, just poking - but some days I don't feel it at all.

i am in the same boat as you. I am 21 weeks today and despite some few tiny flutters which are sooo sporadic, I still do not feel anything! it is making me so nervous too.

And my back...ugh in so much pain!! And my boobs are still hurting so I guess this little one is still in there growing. Why can't he /she kick me already lol and to top it off I don't even know what I'm looking for as to flutters/kicks. I feel stuff but I think its gas

I'll be 16 weeks this weekend and I feel different things inside, but nothing that tells me for sure that it's baby movement yet.

I'm 18 weeks and I've been feeling flutters since 14 weeks. But it didnt start becoming consistent until recently and I mostly feel him/her when I'm really hungry or late at night.

I'm 20 weeks and I haven't felt anything even though our sono tech said she was super active and my placenta is on the back wall of the uterus so I should be able to feel them soon.

Re: Girls PG with there 1st baby between 16-20 weeks, question for you..
im 19 weeks and i started feeling the baby around 16weeks or so. its more of a thumping feeling and i also think i feel what seems to be summersalts. those are a bit uncomfortable. the doc said im on the tiny side so i may feel things sooner. but i dont feel it everyday which seems to freak me out its nice to know everythings ok in there. i feel it mostly when im sitting up (prob smooshing the poor kids space) and usually late at night or early morning

Re: Girls PG with there 1st baby between 16-20 weeks, question for you..
I'm 17 weeks and I've been feeling something for about a week and a half. Occasionally it feels like the baby is doing flips and other times it feels like tapping. It tends to happen most when I'm sitting still after I eat.
