Girls towards the end who have the sore pubic bone/groin/vag pain.
I asked at my appt with the SB Midwives tonight about it... I said I knew it was normal and would go away but if it was really bad is there anything I can do.
She said to get a maternity belt for during the day to wear if you can... and a belly band (like what oyu wore in the first trimester to keep your pants up) and fold it over in half and wear it around you, under the belly towards your hips-- for at night. It'll hold the bones in place with a gentle compression.
She said it should help!!

I had the worst pain, and I did wear a belt and it definitely made a difference! It was also a relief to take off at night :) Now that I stopped commuting the pain is basically non-existent, thankfully!

I wore a belt with my first pregnancy and felt that it did help with the pain/soreness.

Thanks Becki!!! I have CRAZY vag pain but it's more when I stand up/walk/move...ok it's all the time LOL!

thanks for saving my life last night! I thought my baby's head was going to come out seriously!!!! I started feeling a little more comfortable but I am noticing that I am starting to feel that pain when I sit for too long!

Thanks for the tips! I have this already and I'm only 21 weeks. I had it bad with DS and was still a little achy at 5 months pp when I got pregnant again.

Belly band helped for me... but it was the middle of winter, it might be really hot for you to wear anything extra right now. Feel better!

oh no! almost everyone who said they had had it told me it went away after the baby came out.
i hope its not usual to keep feeling like this afterwards?

I still had pain after I had DS but it was not nearly as bad. I could roll over in bed and put on my underwear without excruciating pain! I only really felt it after long walks and it was more of a soreness in my lower abdomen.

I actually always wear my panel folded over because I'm not comfortable with it rolled out over my whole belly. My pain is soooo badddd, and I noticed its worse in the mornings. Maybe I'll try the support belt.
Today I told my friend I felt like my vajay had razor blades going through it!
