pubic bone pain
anyone else get pubic bone pain? Seems to come w/leg movements that use my quads... like if i am sitting and try to raise my right thigh. Almost feels like a straining feeling... I am just short of 29 weeks
I hope this is normal?

I'm 30 weeks and have been feeling that lately too.
It's becoming harder to walk and get up off a chair! I think it's just the pelvic bone stretching to prepare for labor.

I have been having it for awhile, it is normal but can be very painful as you go along..
