Girls who have already gotten their wedding album

How long did it take to get a "mock-up" and then from there - how long did it take to get your album once you approved it?

I did mine back in June and they told me approximately 2 months before I saw a sample and then once I approved another 2-3 months. Well we are nearing the end of October and I haven't even seen my mock-up. I called on Thursday asking about it and they said I would receive the sample via email either later on that day or on Friday. No email yet

Is this normally how long it takes or are they just being like this because they already have all of my money

It took my photographer 2 months to do the album layout, 2 weeks to make the changes we wanted. And another 2.5 months for the printing.

I did my album layout appointment on 10/10. She said I would get a layout to approve in about 4-6 months. After I approve it, it would be about 2 months to get my album.

I kinda know what you mean about them already having the money.. I felt like they were sooo laid back because we had already paid in full.

If I wasnt on top of the situation I dont think I would have ever gotten them! lol.

They showed me the sample (which I didnt like so we had to send it back for changes 5 times), every time they would send me a new sample it would take 3 weeks.

Once I approved it, it took 3 months to get the albums in our hand.

My photog took about 14-15 weeks to do my mock ups. They should have responded to you but sometimes there's not always someone in the office to do that.

Well, I finally did get my mock up. I LOVE it. Just need to make a few changes but otherwise I can't wait to see it all printed up

I think I am going to have to be annoying and just keep calling them to "check in" and hopefully that will light a fire under their $%*

they told us we should have our mock up by the holidays. so i'm getting very antsy waiting for it!!

i just did my mock up last week and they said 2 - 3 months b4 i see the email spread....maybe i will have it for my one year???

Mine will take A YEAR until I get the final version...

I got the online mock-up 5 months after the wedding. And after about 3 weeks of me making changes, it went to print and we got our album 6 1/2 months after our wedding.
