Re: Give me a simple Broccoli recipe
I usually boil the broccoli til it's crisp but tender..
In a seperate pan, I cook olive oil and garlic until the galic starts to brown, I then pour it over the broccoli that's been drained and put back in the pot, add a handful of breadcrumbs and parmasan cheese (I eye ball it) and mix it all up.. YUM

Re: Give me a simple Broccoli recipe
cut up fresh brocolli, throw it in the microwave (like in a covered corningware) usually for 4-5 minutes or to the tenderness you like... take it out and drizzle w/olive oil, salt, pepper and parmesean cheese. I love it this way...I usually skip the olive oil tho to reduce fat.

I do very similar to this, and it's delicious. You can really do it with many veggies-- we do broccoli & parsnips together, carrots are also good, could do cauliflower, etc. too.
