Can you tell me what kind of glider you got and where you got it from? And about how much you paid?

I looked at a Dutailier one in Bellini that was $800 and one in Babies R Us that was about half that. I know one has more of a cushion but is there a big difference??

Thanks!

Re: gliders

There is only a big difference if one is more comfortable to you or you are fussy about fabric!

The BRU ones are made in bulk usually with just a few color choices, while the specialty store ones are made to order and you have 100s of fabrics to pick from.

Same here... got mine at walmart and i love it. It was about $90 and it is very comfy. I use it every night. I couldnt see paying alot b/c evenutally i will not need it anymore and it isnt something I can put in my living room ( i guess you could, but i wouldnt personally) and i have no storage either. So for me it was cost effective.

Re: gliders

I'd go for the more comfy one. Some fabrics are more comfy and if you will be using it alot, which I have, you will be glad you have the comfier one. Doesnt mean you have to spend $800 but I am happy a spent a little more for a plusher padding and softer fabric. I wish I got one with a recline though. I keep falling asleep in the glider with Matthew and would love that recline feature right now.

Congrats BTW! I kept meaning to FM you and tell you Congratulations on your pregnancy.
