I've been thinking about this since you posted it. My goals are:
1. Maintain my weight loss and healthy lifestyle.
2. In the summer and fall go hiking at least twice a month.
3. Continue running and become a faster runner.
4. Try Pilates and/or crossfit.
5. Be able to set up my own workout routines and be as successful when my training sessions are complete.

I really want to get back on track for 2009. I had a rough couple of weeks between not eating practically anything due to illness, to the crazy sweets and christmas cookie baking and chocolate gifts. Plus because I have been sick every week I have not gone to the gym...so for 2009:
1) Go to a WW meeting EVERY week, no matter what, even if it's not my regular meeting day. 2) Work out min 3x per week (more if I can, but at least 3x) 3) Drink at least 6 glasses of water per day 4) stick to taking my vitamins

1. Loose remaining baby weight (about 10 lbs) 2. tone up 3. eat better 4. start running 5. road races

Ive been slacking at the gym the past few months. My goal is to get back into a full routine again the way i used to enjoy it.
I want to lose 5-8lbs.

Get to the gym or use the Wiifit at least 4 times a week.
Eat less meat.

My overall goal was to clean up my eating. I gave up red meat on father's day 2008 and havent eaten it since.
New Year's Day I gave up soda and pork for good. Pork wont be hard for me but soda will be a killer.
I want to keep up a healthy lifestyle and be more consistent with my workouts.
Eventually I'd love to really get rid of all the chemicals and processed foods from my diet. Little by little, I'm getting there.

lose 8 lbs (thats what I have put on since the wedding/honeymoon) stop eating candy, chocolate and garbage food..its been so hard with the holidays

My fitness goals - lots of yoga (hoping to teach a lot!), I would like to compete in my first ever 10k this summer so training is much needed, and I would love to eat healthier and more in tune with an Ayurvedic diet (something I'm still learning about)
