Slow Cooker Beef Stew

1 lb stew meat roll in flour before putting in the slow cooker

1 cup baby carrots
2 cut up celery stalks
1 cut up onion
2 garlic cloves chopped
5 or 6 red potatoes quatered
1 can beef broth
splash of red wine
splash of worceshire sauce

Cook on low for 8 hours. Add 1 cup frozen peas when there is about half an hour left.

I serve with beer bread....one of my favorite comfort dinners!!!
