good cucumber salad recipe
I found this and tried it..came out really good..thought i would share..i cut the cucumbers and tomatos into smaller pieces..

I make something very similar but I salt the cucumbers for about 20 minutes before I make the salad then drain all the liquid that draws out. So yummy. Plus the cucumbers are not as gassy.
eta: I dress with just oil & vinegar.
