have they discussed the possibility of needing a sched c-section??
your story is VERY similar to mine so i feel for you!
i was diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve with an eccentric jet, a PFO, and regurge or all 3 of my valves 
my father and grandfather both passed away very young from aortic dissections/aneurysms which are related to my valve malformation so I was classified as high-risk and had a sched c-section. my regular OB was afraid that increased blood volume and the risk of hypertension could do serious damage to my already weakened heart. i had a few echos during my pregnancy to make sure there was no progression - and there wasnt!
