Good Sam EXPERIENCE!

For those who were nervous about Good Sam....don't be (and that includes myself).

I was extremely sick yesterday morning (about 4am), vomitting. I went to the OB yesterday at about 11am and they sent me right over to Labor and Delivery at Good Sam. When I arrived, I was running a fever and my blood pressure was low. The nurses were very attentive and CALM. I was discharged this afternoon after given a lot of fluids and antibiotics. I also experienced contractions and they got right on the phone with a Dr. from my practice who was on call. It was very organized!

We are still not sure if I had a virus (FLU) or it was food poisoning....we are waiting on test results.

Oh and by the way, nobody delivered a baby there yesterday.....it was so quiet!!

while i know it's not birthing or pregnancy, etc... my mom had surgery at Good Sam last year and was VERY VERY happy with the nurses and everyone there....

Thank you very much - I feel a lot better, but now I am taking care of a sick DH with the same symptoms!! Something very bad is going around....

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, the little peanut inside me is 4 lbs, 8 oz. I had a bio physical exam at the office before they sent me to the hospital. They say his weight is average for 33 weeks, but at the low end.
