Good Sam Hosp. Private rooms?

Anyone have one...do you know how many they have? Hard to get and how much are they?

I have anxiety and seriously have been soooo uncomfortable every time I have to share a room..I am already nervous about that possibility ( weird I know).

I think they have 2 or 3. (def at least 2) They moved me to one after I was there for 2 days bc I had so many visitors. I dont know how much they are , I havent gotten the bill from my insurance comp. Although I am not sure they are charging me since it was their idea to move me.

I saw 2 when we were there.

I was in a private room. I think there were 2 others that were much larger than mine. I didn't have much more space than a double room, but definitely had the privacy, which I think really helped with the nursing.

They didn't charge me any extra.

I requested the private room when I checked in and mentioned it a few more times during and right after delivery and I think my L & D nurse really pushed the maternity ward for it.
