Good side dish with kielbasa?
We make kielbasa often here & besides sauerkraut/salad/pierogies what are some good side dishes?

I buy turkey kielbasa and serve it with string beans, DD1 likes it cooked with onion and on top of egg noodles with a little butter. Or stir fried with lots of veggies and served over brown rice.

You can use Kielbasa just like a spicy sausage in things like gumbo/jumbalaya/paella, etc.
Sometimes I substitute it in recipes for sausage.
You can slice it and toss it in pasta with peppers, onions, and make a garlic/oil/white wine sauce.
