I dont know what your circumstances are but the doctor told me that my pregnancy with DS wasnt viable either.
I had exceptionally low progestrone levels. Like ridiculously low...
Same thing with my DD, they didnt see anything in the sac or high levels. They actually scheduled me for my DNC.
My DH wanted another opinion so we went to another doctor who said its not uncommon to see this and to just sit tight for 2 weeks and we would check again....2 weeks passed and we had a heartbeat.
So if you feel you need another opinion I would get it.
OH GEEZ, I WISH I didn't just read this. I trusted my DR but now after hearing what you said maybe I should've gone for a second opinion. My BETA's were still rising but just an empty sac at 6 weeks, 3 days pregnant. It's too late now, I took medicine last night to force a miscarriage
