Gotta love home ownership
Our washing machine just crapped out on us. Had to buy a new one. $600 later
Just had to get that out.

Re: Gotta love home ownership
I hear ya! We haven't even been in our home a year yet and are on our second stove, repaired the dishwasher, refrigerator, new attic fan & thermostat...I think there was something else...needless to say I OVERLY happy that our home came with a home warranty, so we paid just the deductible.

Re: Gotta love home ownership
I mean it's not like I'm surprised the washer went. We have no idea how old it is or how frequently it was used.
But geez appliances are expensive. But I also wanted to get one that would last us a good 5 or 6 years.
It never ends.

Re: Gotta love home ownership
When we first moved in it seemed like stuff was crapping out on us every week- we needed a plumber, a washing machine repairman. Now that we're trying to sell, we had to replace the dryer and a tree fell onto our deck an hour before a showing.
