Green bean recipes?

Dh and I grow green beans and end up with incredible amounts every year-yet I always find myself making the same one or two types.

What are your favorites? We're not big into green bean salad or anything too heavy..

I like it pan roasted/ stirfried with lemon juice, evoo and a lot of garlic.

I also make a bean salad of chickbeas, kidney beans and green beans in a yummy dressing (cant remember what it is - sorry).

Steam then sauté in EVOO or butter. Add lemon zest and toasted sliced almonds.

Add to any type of cold salad/dish like mixed veggie, quinoa, barley, pasta salad. Just change up the dressing favors.

Add to veggie soup and casseroles (I know not for summer )

drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper and roast at 425 for about 20-30 mins

I usually cook them up with garlic, salt and oil

But sometimes I really like to eat them with stewed tomatoes and onions

I sautee them in a pan with a combination of 1 tsp EVOO and fresh garlic. Add a few dashes of soy sauce, 3 TBSP honey, pinch of cayenne. soooooo good.

I like to make a "salad" with them. Roasted green beans, beets, goat cheese and shelled edamame tossed with a red wine vinaigrette
