Green Teamers Furniture Color..poll
If you are on team Green (likeI am TRYING to stay on) what color nursery furniture did you get? I always wanted white for a girl but don't want to wait until the baby is born!

Ours is Wlanut, but it looks very much like cherry. I wanted white, but the budget dictated the color  We picked it when we were Team Green. I think darker woods look great with pink/purple if it's a girl and blue if it's a boy.

we did dark espresso... We have green, white, & brown bedding- the dark espresso looked best. I'm going to upload some photos today.

We did a dark wood color.
I was originally going to get white but, MIL and mom pointed out to me that the furniture will grow up with the baby and I didn't find a white set I liked.

we did a medium brown stain...so glad too b/c it doesn't show a fingerprint or anything! We have dark furniture all around the house and I see everything on that.

I have a natural crib- from DD.. and then I went out and bought cherry colored changer & dresser... so we're sorta two tone

We originally wanted white but ended up getting espresso (but its not like that black, epsresso, more like really dark brown)
we are going to do white accents in the room....chair rail, window frames

personaly, I think you can wait if you really want to. My kids didn't sleep in their rooms until about 6 months.

I was thinking that too, however, I we are going to put the baby directly in the crib, but in our bedroom until he/she (or we!) are ready to put the baby in their own room!

Crib is a dark cherry (i might refinish it one day) and everything else will be white. I'm not sure how this is going to look but I am not sure I'm up to us refinishing a crib as well as repainting the other pieces. We'll see.
