Re: Grilled Chicken/Veggies in Lettuce Wraps
you could drop the red onion and make it with an Asian flair and use a splash of soy sauce.

Re: Grilled Chicken/Veggies in Lettuce Wraps
Can always do some kind of a cilantro- pesto type of sauce:
Cilantro, EVOO and garlic- grill the chix seperately with that sauce
You want to be REALLY fancy you could do a bit of a pineapple or mango salsa w/ red pepper, red onion, cilantro and jalapeno
ENJOY! Sounds yummy!

Re: Grilled Chicken/Veggies in Lettuce Wraps
What about if I marinated the chicken in salad dressing or one of the Lawrys marinades and then sautee the veggies and mix it all together.....
And then use the lettuce wraps to hold it all together.
Think that would be good?
Danielle doesnt like Cilantro....and Probably wouldnt eat Pesto

Re: Grilled Chicken/Veggies in Lettuce Wraps
This is definitely too late now, but you probably could have used a Balsamic Vinegrette/Olive Oil type dressing. That would have definitely been low point!

Well, now you can make it tonight with my suggestion of a balsamic vinaigrette dressing
