this is my easy and QUICK way to make Guacamole
Avocado - I usually cube it then roughly mash it with a fork.
grape tomoatos cut in 1/4's
a little bit of diced red onion (or not, if you don't like onion)
lemon juice (I only use half a lemon)
a little bit of olive oil
salt & peper to taste

I honestly use the guacamole "powder" mix they sell in the fruit and veggie section of the supermarket.
I really like it for some reason, although I know people who don't!
