they usually discount around 30-40% off depending :)

i don't think you need the card there is no promotional code on it i think its just informing you of the sale and its in store or online
the card says
Burberry sale on the front
and the back says
starts thursday november 29
30-40% off selected items
for store locations or to shop visit burberry.com
can't speak for gucci -didn't get a card
