Ah Kim that *****...! I hope he finds something else soon -- BIGGER and BETTER.

I got laid off from a job one time, and then in my next job - we were looking to hire a consultant - and my old boss had solicited us (she eventually got laid of too) - so I had her in for an interview -- it was SOOO COOL when she asked to speak to my BOSS and I told her I AM the boss!! And BTW, NO we DON'T want to hire you!!

It was the greatest feeling -- I hope something like that happens to your DH!

I'm so sorry. We are going through a similar situation here. My dh has not been laid off but his company might be closing. If someone else buys it, he will continue to have his job. If not, he will have to get something else. He does have 2 offers already with the same pay so I am trying not to worry.
Good Luck. You have to believe (like I am trying-lol!) that things happen for a reason and everything will be alright.

Thanks everyone...it's been a tough night for both of us. Going to try to get some sleep so we can put on happy faces in the morning for DH's family...he doesn't want to tell them tomorrow.
