gym in rvc/lynbrook/oceanside area that you recommend?
since i just had a baby, i need to get back in shape as soon as the doc clears me. i want to lose the baby weight by his christening in september.
i know there are gyms in the area, but i want one that people recommend. i'm not looking for a meathead gym. just one that has classes if i want to take one, and are "women friendly". if there are personal trainers that's a plus as well.
if it had a daycare that would be even better!!
i'll go in a 15 minute radius from lynbrook/rvc/oceanside. please tell me what you can about your gym and if you'd recommend it or not!

My aunt actually goes to that sports place on merrick road and loves it...I will ask her about it and FM you!

I've always liked NYSC...there's one in Oceanside. They have a great variety of classes and a great schedule. Only trouble is, it can be 
Congrats on the baby! I haven't been around on LIF as much so I went searching to see if you posted pics- He's GORGEOUS!!!

I go to Sky Athletic in RVC. It's co-ed, but has both ladies only and co-ed classes. They also have a daycare.
