Gymbucks question-- can they help me if I can't find my certificate?
I know I have a certificate from an order I placed last month...and I know I had the certificate at one point, but cannot find it anywhere now  
Can they look it up for me? It was an Internet order, if that matters.
TIA!

I wish they did it with an "account" vs. just a random customer. If we had a "free" member's card (like DSW for example) it would be easily traceable.
