Gyms in Patchogue area
Anyone go to any. Which one do you like? The only ones I know of are Ultimate Fitness in Medford, Finest Fitness, Sunrise Fitness - any others ones you can recommend?
I need to tighten up my saggy ***.

My SIL loves Ultimate Fitness in Medford. I was a member of Sunrise Fitness for @ 3 yrs. It worked for my needs but I thought the young staff in the evening hours were lazy and sometimes they ignored the machine maintenance.

they are on Vets Highway in Holbrook
We go around 7pm and they arent very crowded. Never wait for machines and they have great trainers

My mom goes to the gym attatched to briarcliffe college on west main st, Ultimate Fitness I think.
I go to sunrise fitness...its ok. If I was closer to the one in patchogue I would go there...much better equiptment

I was a member at Finest Fitness on Main Street and it is a really nice gym (plus it's open 24 hours). They are fairly new so the equipment is newer and the place is huge.
