Gyno Recs in Nassau
I currently see Dr Sadaty in Great Neck and to say I am less than thrilled with her is the understatement of the year. I find her cold/impersonal and to boot its effing impossible to get an appointment. Even when you have an issue. I had to cry to get my last appointment when I had spotting issues. I mean you're my doctor, you're supposed to care???????
I am not currently TTC but I plan on in in 2010 and I'd like to find a OB GYN that I am comfortable with before I attempt this.
I feel so confused because alot of girls on here are super happy with her and I guess I had a GREAT ob before that retired so I have the bar set too high. 
Can anyone recommend a female OB GYN that Delivers at NSUH or LIJ?

You mean Lillith from Frasier? 
I just am not a fan of the entire practice after the experiences I've had there. I understand that its much easier to get an appt when you're pregnant but after the frustration and frustration...I feel like I've just had it...
My boss recommended Dr Applebaum in Manhasset, his wife used her but I can't really find anything about her online.
My doc that I had before Sadaty was so wonderful which I guess is why I'm so ****** at the situation now. My friend called for her yearly yesterday and they can't see her til FEBRUARY. Come on.

I totally understand where you are coming from! I love my obgyn and then she left NY I start seeing the doctors at Women's Contemporary Care in Mineola (next to the LIRR). I've been happy with them but it is a busy practice and it isn't so easy to get an appointment and when you do get one, you will be waiting a while to be seen...

I love my Gyno. He is in Bethpage. I have cysts and he has been wonderful!!
His name is Dr Zandieh. I am meeting with the Nurse practioner for my next visit for the first time. But I love everyone in there. FM if you want his number.

I go to Dr. Marni Sanders at Women for Women- her office is right next to LIJ (on Lakeville road)- my best friend recommended her- she delivered her daughter- I couldnt be happier with her

same here!! I'm currently prego and so Ill being seeing all the Doctors. I met Dr. Bell yesterday and she was awesome. They are sooo nice there and are very organized...definetly reccommend this office!

I have not gone to this Practice yet but my friend has been going there since she was a teenager and she just had a baby and said all good things about everyone in the practice. It is an all Women practice in Rockville Center and the phone number is 516-764-5380.

I've been going to him for over 10 years and adore him so much I still see him even though I live in Holbrook.
There's also a few women in his practice. I met all of them when I was having DD and they were all so nice.

i go to dr klein/ dr nimaroff in great neck. dr nimaroff was my doctor, but dr klein delivered my baby. they are both great doctors!

I see doctor Prince in woodbury. I have seen a few other doctors in the practice also.
I feel like a doctor is a VERY personal choice. A bunch of my friends go to the same practice as me.
He was very helpful and there for me during my miscarriage... I can imagine how helpful he'll be during a full pregnancy let me know if you want more info!

I have a friend that used Dr. Sadaty and was not happy with the practice either. I use Preferred Health in Great Neck & Woodbury.
As the pp Zoe said...Dr. Prince is wonderful!! He actually delivered my daughter two weeks ago. He's so professional and a total sweetheart. He was amazing through my entire labor process. My regular ob is Dr. Morris Rush in that practice and I cannot say enough good things about her. Def. check them out..all the doctors in that practice are great!

I also go to this practice. All of the ladies are nice there- soooooo sweet. I used to go to Blinderman, but just started going to Dr. King since ttc.
