and I'm not feeling very hopeful. I finally got a smiley on Wednesday night after testing since day 9 but on Thursday the surge was gone. I called Dr B's office on Thursday morning but didn't hear back from Dr B until 5pm. He said I should have had my first IUI on Thursday but Friday would be fine. DH had to deposit there at the office but was shy so his sperm mobility was very low.
Don't give up hope! Even if the mobility was low, the IUI puts them right where they need to go.
U may want to look into having DH produce @ home. My DH would NEVER step foot in my dr's office to do the deed. Just something to consider.

I'm trying to stay positive! I don't think DH's sperm mobility is the problem. I just think we missed the boat for ovulation. I've never had such a short ovulation before.
If we do IUI again I'm going to ask if DH can produce at home where he is more comfortable. He kept worrying someone would walk in on him.
My husband would never do it in the office. I can completely understand why that would be very difficult for some men. I think if it came down to it he'd rather rent a hotel room nearby!
Try not to lose hope. I feel like IUI isn't that great for a lot of male factor issues. We are moving to IVF next month which has a much higher success rate.
I had my first one on Fri too!!! My DH had low numbers as well. We actually went back for a second IUI the next day and his numbers were better Go figure! He produced in the office both times... he seemed more comfortable. I hope he doesn't get to used to doing that-LOL Good Luck!

DH does his at home and then goes into the office, usually it is where he is most comfortable. Good Luck!
