Had my growth sono today
 is measuring 5 lbs 4 oz. I thought that sounded like a lot at 33.5 weeks, but apparently is just under the 50th percentile. The head was measuring in the 92 percentile and the stomach in the 42 percentile. If I go full term, the baby is estimated to weigh between 7.5 lbs and low 8's. The head is down, but not low. The baby kept moving and kicking the wand. As usual, the hand was covering most of the face, but we got a cute shot of half of the baby's face. The baby has chubby cheeks.
The doctor talked again about possibly taking me out of work early due to the swelling. I have to order special compression stockings and keep my feet as elevated as possible. Luckily, my blood pressure was good and I didn't have any trace of protein in my urine. The amniotic fluid was borderline high though. I need to go on a higher protein, lower carb diet. Overall, it was a much better appointment than last time.

I'm so jealous, I want to get a growth sono, but my dr won't do them unless medically necessary, I'm dying to get an estimate of how much the baby weighs, and see her again!!!

Sounds good on the weight!!! I cannot wait to find out if your chubby cheeks baby is a  or  !!!!!

UPDATE: I just got a call from the doctor's office and I'm having another sono at my next appointment, which is on the 25th. I assume it's b/c my fluid levels were borderline high. I'm happy to see the baby again, but I'm a little concerned that I need another sono. Hopefully, everything will be ok.

I just read your update- that is good that they just want to make sure all is ok.. I'm sure it will be fine.
