Hair Damaged - Help!!!
My hair is usually great but recently it is breaking and knotting itself. I use WEN cleansing conditioner but for some reason it is going through this horrible stage. Help!!!
ETA: I called WEN to see if they could recommend a product of there's. They ended up cancelling my account!!! I'm shocked. Happy they take breakage so seriously but honestly I think it's weather related too and was just looking to purchase something from them to help me out. I'm waiting on a supervisor to call me but now I need a new shampoo/conditioner. I've been using WEN since 2011 I feel like I was just dumped!

Re: Hair Damaged - Help!!!
probably because of the weather and your hair rubbing against your coat. at least for me thats what it is
get a leave in conditioner spray and this http://www.sephora.com/tangle-teezer-compact-styler-P386485?skuId=1619998&om_mmc=ppc-GG&mkwid=6Ou5k4uE&pcrid=50233218639&pdv=c&site=us_search&country_switch=us&lang=en&gclid=CIPmlYC6o8MCFVQ6gQod26IA2A

Re: Hair Damaged - Help!!!
It's the weather. This weekend I got in the shower, wet my hair, slathered it with a heavy duty conditioner/hair mask, put my hair up in a clip and went about my chores. I left it on for an hour while cleaning. Then I got back in the shower and rinsed it well, washed it with a shampoo for dry/damaged hair and followed up with the conditioner from the same line.
It's MUCH better now

I just did a deep condition and curious if it is better to deep condition first and then shampoo and condition??

For me it is- because I have super fine, super flat hair and when I deep condition it gets WAY too soft and won't support a style. So for me, I have to wash it out when done and it looks great. If you have thicker/coarser hair though, you can wash, then deep condition, then just rinse.

Hair Damaged - Help!!!
I just started using WEN a few weeks ago and cannot decide if I love it or hate it...I did see they have a new condition treatment out called 613, I dont know if it is good or not but if you like wen you may like that when my hair is looking damaged I do a coconut oil treatment (sleep with it)
