Hair Salons in the City

So my FAVORITE cousin is coming in from Philly this weekend for a mini-moon and to of course see me YAY! HAHA!

She got married 10-10-10 but had to jump a plane a couple days later with her mom and sister because her grandfather became REALLY sick (he lives in Vegas and couldn't come to her wedding). So her and her now husband never got time alone to enjoy themselves. My SIL is having a halloween party so my cousin and husband are coming to the party but staying in the city for the rest of the weekend, just the two of them.

She REALLY wants to cut her hair and is thinking about going to a salon in the city. Can anyone recommend an AWESOME salon in the city? They are staying in Soho but I'm sure will be wondering around the whole city. Please help! She wants to cut her hair off but people keep telling her no but I think it would look REALLY cute.

Please let me know if you can help! I know you girls are the bomb and can totally fload me with recommedations!

Mark Garrison salon does great but $$$$ cuts. If she's really looking for a chop, they do free haircuts if you donate to Pantene Beautiful Lengths (8")
