Hard time breathing..
I'm only 18 weeks and know the baby is no where near my ribs yet but I am having such a hard time breathing today. I've even been in A/C all morning. It feels like I'm constantly out of breath and winded. Anyone else experiencine the same feelings?

Re: Hard time breathing..
I definitely had those types of feelings around 18 weeks. My advice...keep yourself hydrated with water bc those rib pains can have alot to do with that. Plus it is so hot out despite AC you probably lost alot of water.

Re: Hard time breathing..
I am only 16 weeks and I am having a hard time breathing as well. The heat hasn't made it much better. I have been in the AC for three days.

Re: Hard time breathing..
If it helps at all, I found an old post i wrote at 17 weeks about the exact same thing! I didn't know why i felt like that...i could NOT catch a good breath for days.
But it passed! shortly after i felt great and most of the 2nd trimester was wonderful...now the breathlessness is back unfortunately at 33 weeks...you should be feeling better soon. Take deep deep breaths and slowly exhale, it works a little!

I have to agree! When I hit the second trimester I felt like a brand new person!
