i keep finding myself SO hungry.

so i'll start eating, and before i know it i'm full, and then i'm immediately nauseous. it's like, if i eat ONE bite too many i'll be totally nauseous.

i think part of the problem is that i'm eating too much, too fast. but i just feel like i can't regulate how much i'm eating... does that make sense? it's really weird Chat Icon

oh yes. All the time.
My solution...... eat little meals.
I eat a little and stop myself even though i'm still starving. Wait about 20 minutes and if im still hungry i'll eat a little more. And thats how my day goes. Chat Icon
My DH is always like that's all your eating, and i'll be like yeah i'll have more in 20 minutes. Gotta let the food digest first. Chat Icon
