Has anyone ever had heat exhaustion??
My daughter was riding horses yesterday and ended up with heat exhaustion. She literally vomitted off the side of the horse, was dizzy, etc.
I've been making her drink lots of gatorade, water etc. She's much better than she was yesterday but she's still just not feeling well (a little nauseous, tired, woozy). Does anyone know if this can last for a couple of days or should she be feeling totally better by now?

I've had heat exhaustion. The next day I still felt 'off'. Totally drained, tired, thirsty, lethargic.
The day after that I was better.

Has anyone ever had heat exhaustion??
i think it's normal to feel off for a day or too--after my sister's graduation i had heat exhaustion, and slept from 6pm-8am the following morning, and was still nauseous and tired the next day

Maddie had heat exhaustion (bouncehouse thing). She was thowing up & nauseous. We plied her with fluids, gave her a cool bath & she was ok.
Hope she's better soon!

Happened to me Thursday, i blacked out. I felt off the next day, hope she is feeling better.
