Has anyone ever made a baked brie in puff pasty?

I am thinking of doing this for thanksgiving...

I found one on allrecipes that looks awesome, it has almonds and raspberry preserves in it.

Anyone do it differently??

I do it toasted pecans and raspberry preserves. So easy and people love it. Brush the top with egg before baking to get that browned look.

I use raspberry preserves and it's always a hit. Instead of doing puff pastry, I just use Pillsbury crescent rolls and unroll the sheet of them in one piece. Then I just wrap it around the brie. It takes literally 3 minutes to put the whole thing together and everyone loves it.

This is what I do as well. It is a huge hit. I don't do almonds due to food allergies in my family. I serve it with apple slices and crackers. Both go nicely with it.

Ive made it with the puff pastry, and I would definitely try it again with the cresent rolls - its probably much easier. It was really good

I make it all the time. I like it baked with brown sugar and pecans...YUMMY!

This is a
William Sonoma recipe. You don't have to stick with their filling but it is a great recipe to learn how to fold the pastry and make it shiny.

We butter the brie, sprinkle it with brown sugar, then wrap it with cresent rolls. So yummy!

This is what I do, but no raspberry. Just the brie and crescent rolls. It's ALWAYS a hit.
