Has anyone had a hard decision picking bathroom tile and changed their mind last minute?

I'm talking about changing your mind at the 11th hour, just when contractor is about to lay the tile? I am questioning my choice. They went home for the day. At this point, I don't know if I will be sure of whatever I pick. I love the small bath floor we did but DH is set against that being in the bathtub surround and floor and wants something different. I have a light beige picked out for bath surround with a grayish beige for floor. The wall is very plain and I was thinking of adding a niche in there to add to my glass I will add. I am holding up everything. My friend is a decorator and helped me pick this out. I liked it but kept going back to should I put the small bath floor in bathtub surround. It is a light gray beige almost marble looking. I have been shopping for two months for this and been to every tile store. Can't see starting over now. We are doing white subway in one shower and this is the bath. I just took off whitish tile so trying to go with a color. At this point my whole bathroom is ripped apart waiting for me to make a decision. OMG..what is wrong with me? This is so stressful.

I went to pick up my tile at the store, and liked another tile that was displayed....I wound up taking it home, and am very happy I switched. Go with your gut, but I am sure you will love whatever you do.
