picking names is so hard!!
A friend lent me the book of 100,000+ baby names and I think it's causing more confusion than anything! There are so many lovely names out there but nothing "feels right." DH and I have one boy name that we like (and we will use if it's a boy) and 2-3 girl names that we like but I don't completely love any of them 
I don't really care about popularity or uniqueness or anything like that so I'm not particularly limiting myself... when I say girls names, nothing really feels like it's "the one" (like a wedding dress haha)
anyone else struggle with choosing names? what do we do?!

yup! we know we are having a boy and cannot pick a name. we had 5 girls names we loved and 0 boys names. of course its a boy!!!
i've actually been pretty upset about it. im the same and dont care about popularity, etc.

Tell me about it!! At 29 weeks we don't have a single boy name we agree on! I have a few I like and so does DH,but we don't have any we both like. So here's to hoping its a girl so this poor child doesn't have to be nameless! With DS it was the opposite...we had no girl names. It really is hard naming a baby!!

yea there is just so many to choose from and its hard to agree!
We are 3 days from our due date and havent picked a boy name yet- we have our girl name ready (team green)
we were team green last time too and picked our ds's name literally 3 days before I went into labor
somehow it all comes together lol

we were team... were 99% convinced it was a boy. had a great boy name picked out we loved loved loved.
i kept saying 'if its a girl, we're going to fight about the name at the hospital' and we absolutely did when SHE came out.
we had to narrow it down all over again and i ended up letting my husband win on the actual name if he agreed to use my nickname choice for her which is what she is called 100% of the time.
(So really I won  )

Omg forget about it! Before we knew if it was a boy or girl, we had a boy name picked out and lo and behold, it's a girl. It took us FOREVER to pick a name. DH was set on one that it nice, but way too popular for my taste.
Give it some time, it will come to you!

im only 11 weeks and we just decided on names today ... im not 100% in love with our girl name either but im super picky!
