i used alli for couple of months... i lost a couple of pounds a week for the 1st month or so, then nothing, so i stopped. side effects... well, u definitely have to stay under the 15 grams of fat per meal or u will NOT be happy. no other side effects.
i would give just about anything to find a diet pill that worked as well as ephedra used to. i haven't been my thinnest since.

I take a green tea supplement and I think it helps curb my appetite.
I heard Alli gives you...um...poopy pants  I think the label actually says to bring a change of clothes with you, just in case 
Other than that, I think I've given up on diet pills. I want them to work, but they never do.
