Has anyone used a collections agency or attorney?
I have searched Google, but I feel lost in a sea of websites. Are there collections agencies or attorneys who will help with smaller, unpaid debt? I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to collect an unpaid balance. Any small business owners who've found an agency or attorney who will take on a small debt case?

Has anyone used a collections agency or attorney?
I went ot small claims court (it was under 5k). Once I got the judgment I got a marshal to garnish her wages.
