Yeah... but it floods here... badly sometimes.

well that i can deal with...but then again it doesn't flood all that bad me

Yeah... my dad had to replace all of the carpeting in the basement after all of those storms in the beginning of the summer. and 2 terrace apartments in my complex flooded also.
I better stay dry
