Have a cold and sore throat
Any suggestions on what I can take or do. Thanks in advance. First appt not till December 1

Have a cold and sore throat
I went to my normal OB appointment last week and felt a cold coming on. She recommended Coldeeze lozenges, saline spray, steaming face, etc. I also used a neti pot. I kicked the cold pretty fast.

^All great non-medicated suggestions. If you do feel really crappy, my OB said it's okay to take tylenol cold. Same for headaches- only tylenol.

What's a neti pot and where can I get it? I'll try any thing just nervous about medications especially in first trimester. Thank u for the suggestions

i 2nd the netipot- I am using cepacol throat lozenges for the sore throat- I'm currently sick too

One of the weirdest things at first but it works really well. And my advice, don't have nice clothes on when you do it or use a towel as a bib
