Have wonderful news!
We're closing January 29!!! Which means we'll move furniture over on Feb 3! I'm so excited right now, and we're signing our home insurance plan with Statefarm on Thursday!

Yeah.....we have our apt until March, but when we activated our mortgage, we had 60 days from that date to close, and that gave us to Feb 10, so we decided to just close at the end of Jan instead and give ourselves a month to get settled into the house, and time to repaint the apt to get our security back.

Hopefully before the HM in March, so if we get moved in that first week in Feb - I'm one who has to get everythign set up within a week to make it liveable, so maybe for our birthday's!
