We leave March 31st. We are going to Hawaii.
We are hoping to close on the house just before we leave and then move when we get back. We have to pay for our apartment through the end of April so it works out for us. Hence the long time "in contract." It will be worth the wait!

Our apt. lease ends 2 days after we arrived home from the Bahamas, so we were hoping for a closing at end of Feb, but the bank said we had 60 days from our activation, which was start of Feb. So, this gives us more time to get things put together. I'd rather have the low interest rate anyways, I can deal with rent for 1 1/2 months.
