Haven't eaten yet today!!!! What's for supper?
I'm not sure, but I think I'll make some oatmeal, and have a few Brown/Serve sausages!!!! Mary

Meatloaf that our realtor left for me after her brokers open house at our house today! Love coming home to a meal all prepared that I didn't cook!

I have to go grocery shopping we are out of everything. DH has the car all day so I can't go till tomorrow. So I am being creative.
Hot dogs in spanish rice. Sounds weird but so very good.

That sounds good Mary. I love having breakfast foods for dinner.
Truth is, I don't feel like cooking tonight, and that's the fastest thing I can think of, when I'm hungry!!!!! Ya know, my niece who married about three yrs. ago, had a breakfast buffet, for the cocktail hour, because her DH loves breakfast!!!!!! I do too!!! Love breakfast at Perkins!!!! Specifically, their blueberry pancakes!!!!!  Mary

We're having a Mexican night. I use chopped turkey and I throw in green peppers, jalapenos, onions and black beans with that and season it. We eat it with tostitos and I also make guacamole to go with it and shred up some cheddar cheese. On nights when I am really hungry I also add spanish rice and homemade salsa. (tonight is not one of those nights, lol)

shrimp oregenata, rice and a froxen veggie, maybe salad!
yum... mainly for the shrimp part, quick to cook since i am still at work
